Plan for a new tower.
The site of the former Yerevan Youth Center and tower was selected by the client as the previous building was in disrepair and the majestic views west toward Mt. Ararat was a suitable location for such a new and significant landmark. The city of Yerevan has been a haven for avant-garde architecture and monuments since the Soviet era.

Building Systems.
Superstructure Model. Suite clusters are assembled and lowered onto central core pylons.
View of hotel tower suites. Private gardens were created for upper suites, with Presidential suite perched atop tower like a precious stone.
